Preman69 was built with one clear purpose: to deliver an honest, safe and enjoyable Sports Betting and online casino experience designed specifically for Malaysian players. More than just a platform – we are a community that understands how Malaysians live and play.
These three principles guide every decision we make as a betting platform built for Malaysians.
To provide Malaysian players with the safest, most transparent and most user-friendly Sports Betting and online casino platform – with competitive odds, complete local payment options, and customer support that genuinely understands local needs. We believe every Malaysian player deserves a world-class betting experience without unnecessary hassle.
To become the number one sports betting platform of choice for Malaysians — known not just for the best odds, but for integrity, reliability, and an unwavering commitment to the player experience. We want every preman69 member to feel genuinely valued and treated fairly, not just like another number in the system.
Honesty in every transaction. Transparency in every odd offered. Data security that is never compromised. Withdrawal speed that is the standard, not the exception. And most importantly – responsible betting that we champion not because we are required to, but because we genuinely care about our players' well-being.
Preman69 wasn't born in a boardroom full of suited executives who've never placed a bet in their lives. We were built from a genuine understanding of what Malaysian sports fans actually want — a platform that's honest, fast, easy to use on mobile, and most importantly, one that truly gets our local context.
The founding team behind preman69 are people who grew up watching Malaysia Super League matches every weekend, who woke up early to catch the IPL, who screamed at the TV when Lee Chong Wei played a badminton final – in short, we are ordinary Malaysians who love sport. And after years of betting across various platforms, we saw a glaring gap: not a single platform was truly built for Malaysian players.
Most international platforms available at the time didn't support Touch 'n Go or DuitNow. Their interfaces were in full English or other languages far removed from our local context. Their odds didn't favour Malaysian Super League matches or domestic badminton. And their customer support? You'd wait hours to get a response from someone who had no idea what JDT or Todak even was.
That is why preman69 exist. We built this platform from the ground up with a single goal – to serve Malaysian players who had long been overlooked. From day one, we were clear that every payment method had to fit the way Malaysians actually live. Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX via Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks, GrabPay, Boost and ShopeePay – that's how Malaysians pay, and that's how you can deposit and withdraw your winnings at preman69.
All preman69 member data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption and is never shared with any third party. Our security systems are audited regularly by independent parties to ensure the highest level of protection for every member. For full details, please read our Privacy Policy ours.
When it comes to sports coverage, preman69 ensures that the sports closest to Malaysian hearts are given priority. The Malaysia Super League, EPL and major European leagues are covered with deep markets and real-time odds. Badminton – a sport in which Malaysia has produced world legends – receives more dedicated coverage than most international platforms offer. Esports titles like Mobile Legends and Free Fire, which have large communities in Malaysia, are fully available. And cricket, deeply loved by the Malaysian Indian community, is covered from the IPL all the way through to the world's biggest Test series.
Preman69's Live Casino brings an experience on par with a physical casino – real dealers, real game tables, streamed live in high definition. Baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and a wide range of game variants are available 24 hours a day, playable directly from your phone screen without ever leaving home.
What sets us apart is not just the product – it is how we think about our players. Every decision we make, from interface design to withdrawal policy, starts with one question: is this truly in the best interest of our Malaysian players? If the answer is yes, we move forward. If not, we go back to the drawing board. That philosophy is what has brought preman69 to where we are today.
Six key advantages that set preman69 apart from other betting platforms available in Malaysia.
Data security is an absolute priority at preman69. Every transaction and member's personal information is protected with industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption. Our systems are independently audited and comply with cybersecurity best practices. Deposit, play, and withdraw your winnings with full confidence that your data is always safe with us.
Preman69 was among the first platforms to fully integrate Malaysia's local payment methods. Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX via Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks — all available. Minimum deposit is just RM 20, and winnings are withdrawn in 15 minutes, straight to your bank account or e-wallet.
Preman69's data processing system updates odds in near real-time across all live matches — Malaysian Super League football, badminton, IPL cricket, MPL Malaysia esports, and more. With a delay of under 3 seconds, you're always making decisions based on the latest information, not data that's minutes behind.
The preman69 app is built with Malaysia's real internet conditions in mind — it runs smoothly on a standard 4G connection, with no need for fast WiFi to enjoy comfortable live betting. The interface is in natural Bahasa Melayu, navigation is straightforward, and all core features are just one tap away on both iOS and Android.
The preman69 customer support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat and WhatsApp. Most importantly – they speak Bahasa Malaysia and understand the local context. No more awkward exchanges with overseas agents who have no idea what DuitNow is or why you need to withdraw before tonight's EPL match kicks off.
Preman69 doesn't just talk about responsible gambling – we provide real tools to back it up. Daily betting limits, session reminders, deposit caps, and self-exclusion features are all available within your account. We believe players who stay in control are happier, more loyal players – and that's worth far more than any short-term gain.
This isn't just a slogan on the office wall — it's a principle we live by every day, in every decision we make.
Our odds are calculated fairly. Bonus terms are written clearly. Our withdrawal policy has no hidden charges. We don't believe in "fine print" that works against our members.
A platform that goes down during a big match is every bettor's nightmare. preman69 invests heavily in infrastructure to ensure 99.9% uptime and withdrawals processed within 15 minutes — a promise we keep.
We're not a global platform with a "Malaysia" version. We are a Malaysian platform, built with Malaysians in mind at every level — from sports selection and language to payment options and customer support.
Your data is yours. Your winnings are yours. preman69 has never withheld a legitimate withdrawal or invented excuses to avoid paying out winnings that were fairly earned.
Every piece of feedback from our members is read and taken seriously. The platform you use today is the result of thousands of member suggestions — and tomorrow's version will be better than today's.
Our business interests come second to the well-being of our members. A platform whose members play in a healthy and controlled way is a platform that grows sustainably – that is the business philosophy of preman69.
